Welding

    Proficient in TIG and MIG welding, both aluminum and steel fabrications can be accomplished.  Manual welding is conducted in 4 stations using Lincoln Idealarc 400 amp MIG welders, in 2 stations using Miller-CP 302 aluminum 300 amp MIG welders, in 2 stations using Miller 250 amp TIG welders and in a single station with a Lincoln Square Wave 175 amp TIG welder. In addition a Genesis System, robotic MIG welding cell and a Progressive System robotic welding cell are utilized for atuomated production.
