    Tusco’s experienced Design Engineers are adept at collaborating with clients to quickly and competently develop products and solutions.  We're equipped with Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire and Solid Works; these systems are among the finest 3-D Mechanical Design Automations (MDA) available. 

    Both are “Smart” technology which enable designing in three dimensions so that as modifications are made; the system itself will ensure complete compatibility of every intermeshing component.  The systems allow simultaneous production of a complete three-dimensional design and its subsequent components, subassemblies and bills of materials. 

    Preliminary concepts can be quickly and accurately refined, drawn and prototyped.  All prototypes are built in-house under the close supervision of the Engineering Department and are generally built exactly as the subsequent production units.
